Mom's day

Mother's day this year kinda started on Friday when the girls gave me their gifts that they had made at school. Jalyse said she had to be picked up from school. Her mother's day gift was breakable and she needed a ride home. For weeks she kept talking about what she was making, trying not to give it away and she didn't. She came right home and had me open her gift. She made a beautiful handmade pot. It is green, one of my favorite colors! She also planted an herb for me to go in it. It was very special and I really appreciate her putting in all the effort. She also made me some bath salts from her Activity Day Class. I will have to enjoy those :)

Ellie brought her gift home that day too and of course she wasn't waiting to give it to me either She made me this cute book with her picture on the front of it and her hand print inside. Very lovely book. It has more pages, but I haven't mastered the art of putting pictures on a blog yet!

Well Jaden's class didn't make anything. I guess the 6th graders are to old for that. Kinda sad, I love it when he makes me stuff!

Sunday John made everyone breakfast and he also made dinner that night too. Thanks Honey! He surprised me on Sat and had roses delivered to that house. He has never had anything delivered for me, so that was a complete shock. They are very beautiful as you can see. I guess I can thank Sean Hannity for getting them. He listens to his talk show all the time! He also gave me a new shirt and a box of chocolates.

I have to say the best part of the whole mother's day for me was the cards the kids gave me. John gave each of them a card and they had to write something nice about mom. I love my kids, my family is my life! It was so cute and heart warming to see what they came up with. Thank you everyone! I love you all more then I can say!
