Crazy Animals on the Stuffed Side!

All Jalyse, wanted, for a souvenir, was a stuffed animal you could make at the zoo/wild animal park. She saw it last year and just had to have one. We had our lunch and then it was off to get her souvenir. Ellie decided she wanted one too. Really?? if you have seen the child's bed, there is no more room for any more stuffed animals!
Jalyse picked out a giraffe and Ellie picked out an elephant, and away we went to have them filled. I don't think the lady knew what she was doing! There was stuffing flying everywhere.

The lady finally got them stuffed and zipped up, well kinda zipped. We payed for them and they went in the car tell we got home from the wild animal park.

When we got back to the hotel the girls started to look at and play with their animals. We had a problem. Jalyse's wasn't zipped up all the way and stuffing was coming out and fur was falling off the thing. Ellie's Elephant had a hole in it! Really?? Once you zip the zipper up, I guess you can't really fix it after that. We were going to Balboa park, by the zoo, so we took them into the zoo to get new ones.

Ellie got a new Elephant and then we left and it had a hole in it! Seriously?? We had to walk back down to the shop. She went through 4 Elephants to find one that didn't have a hole in it! The very last one they had! She named her Nina.

They didn't have any giraffes at the zoo, so Jalyse got another monkey! This monkey was great, no problems. She named him Trouble Sand for all the trouble he had been to get him! I am glad they finally got their souvenir, it was quite the journey!
