Bus Stop Trauma!

There was a bus stop right in front of our driveway, for a charter school. No biggie, but then they started parking in the cross walk and my driveway! I knew it was going to be really interesting having the stop at the busiest part of street! I was just going to deal with it but then.... A lady parked in the cross walk. Shocking! My biggest pet peeve is the cross walk! Some people had stopped for my girls to cross and this Lady pulled out of the crosswalk while my girls were crossing! Seriously??? She almost hit them and Ellie fell down. Her son apparently rolled down the window and asked if they were ok, but she just took off! Hello Lady? YOU have kids, pay attention to mine! Well that didn't sit well with me, so I was on the phone to the police the stupid charter school and the city! The conversation I had with the lady in charge of the office, at the school just made me really glad my kids don't go there! I got a cop to come out the next day and he caught a lady parked in the cross walk! Yippee!!! I found out a couple of days later that they moved the bus stop! It is around the corner, but it is out of my hair! I am so glad that I got someone to listen to me and it was moved! A small little victory! Now if I could just get people to stop for people crossing in the cross walk!
