Life Change...

I have been missing in action on this blog for awhile. My life kinda changed the beginning of March and I haven't had as much time to blog. After almost 11 years of working at home I found myself without a job and a boss that I would have loved to have taken to court! I said a few things to my boss that I thought were wrong and that needed to be changed, my opinion, and well lets just say she didn't like what I had to say. She took my team away from me and really gave me no choice but to leave MCT. I had really HATED the job for years and now that my boss took over the company it was really past time for me to leave. It is her way or nothing and she wasn't very nice! I either work 16 hours a day or no work. Never knowing if I have work tell the day of, well I am not going to miss that at all! I fought for my unemployment and I won! so I felt vindicated from my nasty, controlling boss! Take that you mean person! It took me 3 weeks and now I have another job working part time. It is taking some getting use to getting the kids and me out the door. Its a different kind of thing and I am trying to get use to it. I love having a set schedule and I love that my boss is not a micro manager. I see her when I drop the mail off :). It is a lot less stressful then working at MCT and I really needed something that wasn't stressful. I had enough of that with my old job! Holy Stress! On ward and upward to new things. Goodbye you nasty job, you nasty boss! I will miss some of the people I worked with but I am so glad I don't work for  a company that doesn't care about their employees anymore! That chapter is closed, and onward to a new life!
