1st and 3rd Graders!!

They have all left the nest, no kiddos at home, bye bye little chicks :) (Yes I love you

but its time for you to go back to school!)

Today was the girls first day of school! I have mixed feelings about them going back, but I think it will be a good thing for them. I think they needed something more to do. I will miss them and yes I am sure there will be days I am board to pieces, but I am glad they are going :)

Yes, like a dork, I forgot the camera this morning! I had all intentions of getting them when they were leaving and then standing in line. But I didn't! Dang! I had to settle for taking their pictures when they got home.

I walked the girls to school today. I do that every year. The girls look forward to the first day, since I walk them all the way. They were running to school today. Man were they excited to get there. I told them to slow down, I was not running all the way there! We got there and Jalyse was off to stand by her entrance. Not even a bye, apparently she was tooo excited! I stood by Ellie, tell the bell rang, and she went into class. She was a little nervous about her first day, but once a few friends showed up she was a happy camper. I moved her teachers, and now she has a few friends in her class. The other teacher was just not going to work for her.

Jalyse has the teacher Jaden had in 2nd grade. I think she is a nice lady and I am looking forward to helping out in her class. I am excited for her, she is even in the big part of the school! She thinks that is pretty neat.

I just had Jaden home today, so we did a mom/son day out. I took him to the nickle arcade today and we had a great time playing games. It was nice just to spend some time with him. Tomorrow all 3 of them are gone!!!! Happy first day of school kids!
