Budding Photographer

A few Saturdays ago, John took the girls up the canyon with our neighbors. I was doing Super Saturday and Tim, our neighbor, asked John if he wanted to go up the canyon and let the kids play. I was surprised when John agreed to go. It's not really his thing, but I am really glad he went! My girls love to play with their kids. They apparently played in a stream and had a great time. Tim gave them cookies too. Thanks Tim!
Jalyse wanted to go really bad, she had to pick up leaves, branches, etc. for a project she had to do at school. She also wanted to take pictures, so it was perfect time for them to go. She really wants to enter the reflections contest this year in photography. She loves to win ribbons, or whatever, that really means a lot to her. This weekend, we are going to have to have her pictures developed, so she can start her project. John took some of the kids playing in the water and Jalyse took pictures of what she thought was Beautiful is:
I think she might have a carrier in photography ahead of her! I think they are not bad for an 8 year old, but I am not a professional :) Enjoy the pictures she took.
