Provo Tabernacle

I just passed by this beautiful building a few days before in burned down. I love architecture and this one has such meaning being built by the pioneers. Every time I pass it I always thinks to myself how much of a beautiful building it is. It is such a tragic loss that it burned down. All that is left of it is what you see in these pictures. I am not sure if they are going to try and rebuild it or tear the rest of it down. So sad! After it burned down, my mom, was talking tome about it. I didn't know my Great Grandpa on my dad side had his funeral there and I didn't know my dad was baptised there! Who knew that the building I loved was even more special? I know it will never be the same building, but I do hope they try and save it!

Burned December 17th, 2010. They are still trying to figure out what caused the fire.
