Ice, Ice and formal night.

Monday was our first full day on the ship. We decided that we were going to go ice skating. Mind you, John has been on a pair of skates once in his whole life! so if he looks a little nervous in these pics he is! It was so much fun and we didn't fall once! Yeah us!

John and I after we were done skating

You'll be OK honey I promise!

Tonight was the first night of formal attire at dinner. There were two formal nights on the ship. We got all dressed up and went to a show. They have an amazing ice skating show. Under the Big Top. It really was very well put together and the best show we saw. They had ice skaters from all over the world.

This is us waiting for the show to start.

These are a few pictures from the show. It was a circus theme.
After the show we went to dinner. We never do a show and dinner so it was really nice. They have photographers all around the ship that will take your picture. 20 bucks a picture, yes 20 bucks! so we opted to take our own. Here is some pictures of us all dressed up.
We are sitting at the our table waiting to be served. Our two waiters were from India, Brian and Rakesh. They will pour your ketchup, syrup you name it, so it took some getting use too. They were really nice gentleman.

We just found some spots around the ship and had someone take our pictures :)

Formal night was great and we had a lot of fun talking to the couple. A retired couple, he used to work in the beer industry. Below is just a few pictures of us around the ship.

Behind me was the Promenade. All of the shopping places and a few bars. Ben and Jerry's ice cream and a little cafe were you could get food 24/7

John of course had to have his picture taken with one of the signs. This is the 3rd floor, our room was on the 9th floor. We had a great full day on the ship. Next up was Cabo San Lucas!
