Mexico here we come!

We went to Mexico for our 15th Anniversary!!! I had looked at doing all kinds of things, even Disney World, but we decided a cruise would be the cheapest. Caribbean will have to be next time... :) 7 whole days of fun in the sun with just my hubby!
We flew into California and John's mom was able to come and pick us up (Thanks Pat!) We spent the night at his mom's house and then we were off to San Pedro to catch the ship! We went on Royal Caribbean (Mariner of the Seas). Love Love Royal Caribbean!! We went on one other cruise, 5 years ago, only for 3 days, and it was Carnival. (Never go on Carnival, we had so many problems and even the water tasted gross!)
On this cruise, we were going to 3 ports, Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. We had 2 days on the sea before we got to the ports, then the ports were right after each other and then it was 2 days back.

We got on board the ship and started to walk around and we ate lunch. The more we walked around the more I thought we were on the Ghetto ship 5 years ago (that Carnival blaaa)! I have to say Royal Caribbean is sooo much better!
The ship is amazing! So much to do on this thing. It was really a floating city.

This place really was amazing and we had a great room. I was really impressed with the size and having a little port hole was nice too. Yes I took pictures of the room, the blogger in me, but John took pictures of the buffets and well that was just to overboard for me!

King size bed and flat screen. It really was a nice room.

Our big window. It was nice to see out. Separate vanity area

The bathroom.

The very small shower, but hey at least we had one!

This is the only picture we took of us the day we boarded the ship. We were trying to change our dinner time in the dining room :) You have to eat in the dining room, if you have never been on a cruise before the dining room is great! The buffet is not bad, but the food in the dining room is so much better!
That night we unpacked, played ping pong, which I stink at and John is really good. He won't cut you any slack, so it just wasn't worth me going after the ball a hundred times. That was the end of ping pong! Tried the buffet out and had a great time just chilling out.

Thanks to my parents who watched the girls and to the Pulley's for watching Jaden. We couldn't have gone with out your help!

More cruise to come....
